こちらの生活にもだいぶ慣れてきたころ、はじめて福島県内で一番大きい商業都市、郡山市に行ってきました。前に二本松城を旅行したときに感じた、歴史の「静」とはまた全然違って、郡山はなんというか「動」のエネルギーに満ちあふれてる感じで。現代的なにぎわいと自然の調和が混ざり合って、福島のまた別の顔を見せてもらった気がします。
まず、郡山駅を出て、目に飛び込んできたのが、「ビッグアイ」でした。あの現代的なビルを見上げると、なんだか、この街の発展や未来へ向かう力が強さみたいなものを感じました。さらに中国の古典文学だと、高い建物を見上げることは「大きな志望」とか「宇宙との対話」みたいな意味合いがありますが、この街のシンボルの前に立ってると、それと似たような気持ちになりました。この街が歩んできた歴史や、そこに生きてきた人たちのエネルギーみたいなものが、じんわり伝わってくるような感じでした。
にぎやかな市街地から少し歩くと、開成山公園の自然がぱっと広がります。特に心に残ったのは、青緑色の水面に映る真っ赤なアーチ橋の景色です。公園の近くにあった小さな看板を読んで知ったのですが、あの豊かな水源は、明治時代に国のプロジェクトとして作られた、安積疏水から来てるんだそうです。かつての荒れ地を潤して、今の郡山の良いの土台を作ったという、すごい深い歴史があるのです。色々な国の文学の中で、水はよく「時間の流れ」とか「命の源」として描ていますが、ここでも、昔の人たちが苦労して作り上げた「動」の歴史が、今のこの静かで美しい風景を生み出しているのだなと思ったら、なんかじーんとしました。公園の中に立ってる石像も、まるで郡山の歩みを静かに見守っているみたいで、非常に印象的でした。
それから、郡山といえば桜も外せないですね。開成山公園に咲き誇る桜は、現代的な都市の硬い景色に、なんとも柔らかくて温かみのある色を添えています。厳しい冬を越えた後に一斉に咲いて、あっという間にはらはら散っていく。その様子が、本で読んだことのある日本独特の美感、「物の哀れ」とはこういうことなのかなって、なんとなくつながった気がしました。先人たちが開拓してきた土地の上に咲く桜は、儚さの中にも強さがあります。その対比こそが、郡山の隠れた魅力なのかもしれないと、歩きながら思いました。
今回こうして郡山を歩いてみて、福島のことがまたひとつ好きになれた気がします。留学の楽しさは、大学の授業だけじゃないんだなと改めて感じました。休みの日に電車でちょっと出かけて、にぎやかな街を歩いたり、静かな自然の中に入ったり、地元の人と話してみたり...。本を読むだけじゃわからないことが、実際に目で見て、風を感じて、その土地の空気に触れてみると、自然とわかってきますし、それがなんかすごく面白いです。台湾に帰るまでの残りの時間、もっといろんな景色や文化や空気を感じに行きたいなと思ってます。そして、ここで積み重ねてきた記憶や感動を、自分の言葉で、身近な人たちにひとつひとつ伝えられたらいいなと思っています。

當我踏出郡山站，首先我先看到的是城市之眼「ビッグアイ」。這棟現代化的大樓如同展現出象徵城市發展與強烈的未來志向。讓我想到中國古典文學中，仰望高樓常常蘊含著「鴻浩之志」或「與宇宙對話」等意思。駐足在這座象徵城市的建築物前，不禁感受到了這座城市經歷高速發展的歷史，和對那些親歷其中的人們所散發出的蓬勃生命力。

說到郡山，還有一樣不可忽略的風物，那便是燦爛的櫻花。盛開於開成山公園的櫻花，為現代都市的硬朗景觀添上了一抹柔和而溫暖的生命色彩。經歷雪冬之後，櫻花一齊怒放，繼而瞬即翩然飄落。這樣的風景，與我在書上看到的日本獨特美學「物の哀れ」精神頗為相似。就像那短暫而燦爛的櫻花，綻放在前人開拓者不屈精神場面的土地之上。讓我感受到，這種深沉的力量與短暫易逝之間的對比，令人感覺到郡山那深藏不露，使人著迷的魅力所在。
這次旅遊漫步郡山，讓我對福島又多了幾份喜愛。留學的樂趣，不僅僅限於大學的課堂之間。在閒暇之時，觸碰本地文化，學習文學。或乘上短途列車，走訪各式各樣充滿活力或服滿靜謐的風光，或與在地居民一同聊天，學習生活樣貌，都是無比美妙的體驗。不只是要埋首書海，也要用自身的眼睛去看，去感受風的氣息，沉浸於當地人們的生活，虛心學習原本不懂的事物。這才是真正令人心潮澎湃的事情。在返回台灣之前的所剩時光中，我還想去領略更多風景、文化、氣息。也希望在之後的將來我在這裡所積累的種種記

New Findings During My Study in Fukushima
Once I became fully accustomed to life in Fukushima, I visited Koriyama City, the largest commercial hub in the prefecture. In stark contrast to the historical charm of "stillness" I felt during a previous visit to Nihonmatsu Castle, Koriyama is brimming with an energy of "motion," woven from the vibrancy of modernization and harmony with nature. It presented me with an entirely new facet of Fukushima.
Upon stepping out of Koriyama Station, the first thing that catches your eye is "Big-i," towering toward the sky. This modern skyscraper seems to symbolize the city's development and its strong orientation toward the future. In classical Chinese literature, looking up at a high pavilion often signifies "grand ambitions" or a "dialogue with the universe." Standing before this symbol of a modern city, I couldn't help but feel the history of the rapid development this city has undergone and the powerful breath of the people who lived through it.
Taking
Taking a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the abundant nature of Kaiseizan Park unfolds before you. What particularly captured my heart was the sight of a beautiful red-arched bridge reflecting on the calm surface of the water. This
abundant water is the result of the Asaka Canal, constructed as a national project during the Meiji era. It has a profound history of irrigating what was once a barren wasteland, laying the foundation for Koriyama's current prosperity. In literature, water symbolizes the "flow of time" and the "source of life." I was deeply moved by the fact that the "dynamic" history of our predecessors' painstaking efforts created this "still" and beautiful watery landscape that supports people's lives today.

Furthermore, when talking about Koriyama, one cannot overlook the beauty of its cherry blossoms. The cherry blossoms blooming proudly in Kaiseizan Park add a soft, warm touch of life to the hard landscape of the modern city. The sight of cherry blossoms blooming all at once after a harsh winter, only to fall gracefully,
encapsulates the unique Japanese aesthetic of "mono no aware" . Ephemeral yet beautiful cherry blossoms bloom atop the very earth where the indomitable spirit of the Asaka reclamation rests. I realized that this contrast between profound strength and transience is exactly the deep, hidden charm of Koriyama.
Walking
Walking around Koriyama made me like Fukushima even more. The fun of studying abroad isn't just in the university classes. On your days off, take a short train ride and walk around lively cities like Koriyama or out into quiet nature. It's a truly exciting experience to not just read books, but to see things with your own eyes, feel the wind, and observe the lives of the people there. During the time I have left before returning to Taiwan, I want to go see many more of Fukushima's landscapes. And I hope to share the many memories and emotions I've gathered here with the people around me in my own words.
