新規入国の手順について（2021年12月10日現在）

1. 国際交流センターへ在留資格認定証明書(CoE)申請希望であることをメールで連絡します。
2. 在留資格認定証明書交付申請書、誓約書等の必要書類を国際交流センターへ提出します。
3. 文部科学省での審査を受けます。
4. 本学から在留資格認定証明書(CoE)と審査済証をお送りします。
5. 在留資格認定証明書(CoE)、審査済証等の必要書類を在外公館に持参し、査証発給を申請します。
6. 入国日が決まったら、国際交流センターへメールで連絡してください。
※誓約書に記載してある事項を遵守する必要があります。また、14日間のホテル宿泊費、ハイヤー費用、食事代、携帯電話利用料等は自己負担となります。

The new entry procedure (2021.12.10)

1. Send an email to the International Center stating that you wish to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE).
2. Submit the application for Certificate of Eligibility, written oath, and other necessary documents to the International Center.
3. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) will review your application.
4. The International Center will send you a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) and a Screening certificate from the MEXT(Shinsazumisho).
5. Bring the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE), Screening certificate from the MEXT(Shinsazumisho) , and other necessary documents to the Japanese overseas establishments and apply for a visa.
6. When the date of entry into Japan is decided, please contact the International Center by e-mail.
* You will need to comply with the items listed in the pledge. In addition, you will be responsible for paying for your own hotel accommodation, hire car expenses, meals, and cell phone usage for the 14 days.
